Senior Manager – Tissue Converting - Berli Jucker Cellox Limited

·       Modern Operations & Cost Optimization (50%): Manage tissue converting operations to meet production targets. Drive cost efficiency (Cost per Ton) using Lean / Loss Elimination principles and minimize manufacturing waste (%Waste).

·       Smart Maintenance & Asset Reliability (15%): Lead Preventive/Total Productive Maintenance (PM/TPM) strategies to eliminate unplanned machine downtime.

·       Safety Culture Leadership (10%): Ensure full compliance with ISO 45001 standards and champion a proactive Zero Accident culture.

·       Industry 4.0 & Innovation (10%): Explore and integrate automation, digital technologies, and process engineering improvements into line production.

·       People Development & Systems Compliance (15%): Elevate team competency via Skill Matrix frameworks. Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC CoC, and Green Industry standards. 

·       Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.

·       Experience: Minimum 10 years of manufacturing management experience in FMCG or Tissue/Paper conversion industries, with at least 2 years in a Managerial position.

·       Modern Manufacturing Expertise: Deep knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Data-Driven Operational Management.

·       Safety & Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in OPEX/CAPEX budget management, Loss Analysis, and Safety Risk Assessments.

·       Leadership & Language: Exceptional leadership, change management skills, and strong proficiency in both English and Thai communications.
