Senior Manager - Technical & Product Development - Berli Jucker Cellox Limited

·       Tissue R&D & Product Innovation: Formulate tissue paper products, selecting optimal pulp/fiber blends, softness additives, fragrance technologies, and special functional attributes required by consumers.

·       Packaging & Product Matching: Develop packaging solutions, test material structures, and execute product matching to meet specific customer requirements.

·       2nd Sourcing & Cost Saving: Qualify alternative suppliers (2nd source) for raw materials, chemicals, and packaging to deliver cost optimization targets.

·       Trial Validation & Documentation: Lead trial batches for mixing and converting processes. Prepare master formulas, product specifications, and standard operating procedures.

·       Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure strict alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSC CoC, Green Industry, and corporate sustainability goals. 

·       Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Pulp & Paper Science, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Technology, or related fields).

·       Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Development or R&D functions within tissue/paper packaging or FMCG manufacturing.

·       Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of fiber/pulp structures, tissue softness technologies, fragrance encapsulation, flexible packaging materials, and labeling regulations.

·       Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, logical problem-solving, creativity, and cross-functional leadership skills
