Responsibilities
- สำรวจ ออกแบบ จัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปี และดำเนินการฝึกอบรมพนักงานตามแผน จนจบกระบวนการยี่นรับรองหลักสูตร ของทั้งโรงงานบางพลีและโรงงานปราจีนบุรี
- ออกแบบหลักสูตรเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรสำหรับระดับผู้บริหารกลาง (Middle Management) มุ่งเน้นการสร้างและพัฒนา "หลักสูตรการอบรมเฉพาะทาง" ทั้งการเสริมสร้างทักษะภาวะผู้นำ (Leadership)
- ทำแผนและดำเนินการพัฒนาทักษะตามสายงาน (Functional Skills) สำหรับพนักงานในแต่ละสายงานเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมการเติบโตตามสายงาน
- ทำแผนและดำเนินการรฝึกอบรมขั้นตอนการทำงาน (Standard Operating Procedures: SOPs) พร้อมระบบสอบวัดผลเพื่อรับรองความสามารถ (Skills Matrix & Competency Certification) สำหรับพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อรับประกันว่าพนักงานทุกคนสามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง ปลอดภัย มีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานคุณภาพต่างๆ ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- ดูแลฐานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมพนักงานของบริษัทฯ บริหารจัดการข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน ตามกฎหมายและรองรับการตรวจประเมินจากหน่วยงานภายนอก ผู้ตรวจประเมิน และตัวแทนจากลูกค้า
- ดูแลงานระบบคุณภาพในแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล และงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล, จิตวิทยาองค์กร, บริหารธุรกิจ, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้าน HRD / Training ใน โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมผลิต (Manufacturing) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายธุรกิจยานยนต์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือโรงงานที่มีกระบวนการผลิตต่อเนื่องที่มีระบบอบรมและประเมินผลพนักงานจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะการถ่ายทอด การเป็นวิทยากร และการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ภาคปฏิบัติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะและประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบโครงสร้างหลักสูตร (Curriculum Architecture) ทั้งด้านภาวะผู้นำและทักษะตามสายงาน
- มีความเข้าใจในการสร้างเครื่องมือวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในระบบมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP/HACCP และขั้นตอนการยื่นเอกสาร กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการแปลงขั้นตอนการทำงาน (SOP/WI) ของสายการผลิตมาเป็นหลักสูตรอบรม และมีความรู้ในการสร้างระบบ Skills Matrix & Competency Certification
