Responsibilities
1. การพัฒนาและออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์
• ออกแบบและพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่สำหรับสินค้าใหม่ (New Product Development) ตั้งแต่การหาขนาด หา printing area และการตรวจแบบ artwork ทั้งบรรจุภัณฑ์แบบพลาสติก และลัง
• ปรับปรุง Packaging เดิมเพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพ ลดต้นทุน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
• กำหนด Specification ของวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์
• พิจารณาความเหมาะสมของวัสดุ เช่น ฟิล์มพลาสติก กล่องลูกฟูก ฉลาก สายรัด
2. การทดสอบและตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
• จัดทำแผนการทดสอบ Packaging
• วิเคราะห์ผลการทดสอบ เช่น Compression Test Drop Test Seal Strength Test Transportation Simulation
• ตรวจสอบว่าบรรจุภัณฑ์สามารถปกป้องสินค้าได้ตลอด Supply Chain วิเคราะห์ปัญหา Packaging Defect และหาแนวทางแก้ไข
3. การควบคุมมาตรฐานและเอกสาร
• จัดทำและปรับปรุง Packaging Specification • จัดทำมาตรฐานการบรรจุ (Packing Standard)
• ดูแลเอกสาร Drawing และ Artwork • ควบคุมการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Control)
4. การปรับปรุงต้นทุน (Cost Optimization)
• วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ • หาโอกาสลดต้นทุนโดยไม่กระทบคุณภาพ
• ประสานงานกับ Supplier ในการพัฒนาวัสดุใหม่ • เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพและราคา Supplier
5. การสนับสนุนการผลิต
• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตในการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน • วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา เช่นห่อแตก / ซีลไม่ติด / กล่องยุบ /ฉลากผิดตำแหน่ง
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร Packaging
6. การประสานงานข้ามหน่วยงาน
โดยทำงานร่วมกับ • R&D • Production• Quality Assurance• Procurement• Planning• Marketing• Supplier• Customer
เพื่อให้ Packaging ตอบโจทย์ทุกฝ่าย
7.ความรู้เบื้องต้นในข้อกำหนดและกฎหมายต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อความบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ของสินค้า
Qualifications
• Have direct experience 1-2 years up
• Graduated in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Technology , Packaging Design, Chemical Engineering or related filed
• Acknowledge in Quality system such ISO9001, ISO 14001 , OHSAS 18001, GMP ,HACCP etc.
• Computer literate and a good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Able to work at Bangplee (5 working days: Monday - Friday)
• Work at Bangplee plant - Bangna-Trad KM.19
• Graduated in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Technology , Packaging Design, Chemical Engineering or related filed
