Responsibilities
1) Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their
significance and plan their distribution.
2) Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
3) File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
4) Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
5) Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
6) Prepare agendas and make arrangements for executive and other meetings.
7) Make travel arrangements for executives.
8) Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
9) Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
10) Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
11) Handle and coordinate the annual general meeting of shareholders
12) Collect report such as Biweekly, MOM, MOR, Business driver of operation part, Business review,
Cost saving
Qualifications
- Age 24-30 years old
- Have direct experience 2 years in manufacturing culture
- Thai nationality only
- Correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Operate a computer and word processing software and other standard office equipment.
- Able to work at Bangna-Trad KM.19 (5 working days: Monday - Friday)
