Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, focusing on quality, cost, and reliability, while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Manage the procurement of raw materials and components specific to the PCB manufacturing .
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards, and monitor market trends and material costs to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations, and prepare and manage purchase reports, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to ensure material specifications meet required standards, and address any supply chain disruptions promptly to minimize impact on production.
- Act as a liaison between the company and Chinese-speaking suppliers, translating and interpreting technical documents and communications as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
