Responsibilities
1.ร่วมคิด พัฒนา และต่อยอดกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับค่านิยมองค์กร ออกแบบกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับ Core Values และทิศทางองค์กร
2.สนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้าน Core Values ขององค์กร
3.ประสานงานกับผู้บริหาร หน่วยงานภายใน และสาขาต่าง ๆ เพื่อดำเนินกิจกรรม และจัดเตรียมข้อมูล เอกสาร Presentation และสรุปรายงานสำหรับผู้บริหาร
4.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม (Participation Data) สรุปผล KPI และจัดทำ Dashboard / Report เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
5.จัดทำข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบ แนวโน้ม และ Insight ของแต่ละกิจกรรม ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อช่วยวางแผนกิจกรรมในอนาคต
6.ช่วยผลักดัน Core Values ให้เกิดขึ้นจริงในพฤติกรรมการทำงาน
7.ดูแลการจัดกิจกรรม การสื่อสาร และการติดตามผลกิจกรรม
8.ออกแบบ ชุดคำถาม Insight Survey และสรุปผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพร้อมนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
9.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
มีทักษะการประสานงานและสื่อสารภายในองค์กร อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน
ใช้งาน Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint
หากใช้ Canva, Power BI หรือเครื่องมือ Data Visualization ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ Timeline และความกดดันได้
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Core Values, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication หรือ Event จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
