Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมงานช่างติดตั้ง / ช่างซ่อมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า, งานทำความสะอาดบ้านและงานดูแลสนามหญ้าให้ได้มาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด
- บริหารควบคุมการเข้างานและการรักษาเวลา งานช่างติดตั้ง / ช่างซ่อมเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า, งานทำความสะอาดบ้านและงานดูแลสนามหญ้าให้ได้ตามเวลาที่นัดหมาย
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพการปิดงานผ่านระบบ TMS
- ควบคุมและดูแลบุคลิกภาพของพนักงานให้เรียบร้อยและเป็นระเบียบตามนโยบายบริษัท
- พัฒนาทีมงานให้มีความรู้ความสามารถและทักษะในการทำงาน
- บริหารจัดการเคส / ปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น
- จัดการปริมาณคิวและเส้นทางการวิ่งงานให้เหมาะสมกับทางทีมงาน
- อบรม, พัฒนาคุณภาพและควบคุมมาตรฐานงานติดตั้ง, งานซ่อม, งานทำความสะอาดบ้านและงานดูแลสนามหญ้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาครุศาสตร์ไฟฟ้า / อิเล็กทรอนิค / บริหารการจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านการบริหาร / บริการลูกค้า / ประสานงาน อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานไฟฟ้า เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Power Point ได้
- หยุด 6 วันต่อเดือน สลับวันหยุดกันในทีม
- สถานที่ทำงาน : สาขาเมกาโฮม รังสิต
