Responsibilities
- ดูแลยอดขายของแผนกสินค้าที่รับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของสาขา
- บริหารจัดการสต็อกสินค้า การจัดเรียงสินค้า และความสะอาดเรียบร้อยภายในแผนก
- ให้บริการและคำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ในแผนกอย่างมืออาชีพ
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมพนักงานขายในแผนกให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้จัดการสาขา
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและคลังสินค้าเพื่อการบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา (ม.3 - ป.ตรี)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายและการบริหารทีมในธุรกิจค้าปลีก 3-5 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและให้บริการลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทักษะในการบริหารจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและการจัดเรียงสินค้า
- ความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
- มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความเป็นผู้นำ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในกลุ่มสินค้าเฉพาะทาง (เช่น เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า, วัสดุก่อสร้าง) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
