Responsibilities
- ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำทีมพนักงานขายในการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน
- จัดการยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการขายและแก้ไขปัญหา
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและกิจกรรมการขายประจำวัน
- ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ขายและสินค้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือเทียบเท่า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย 1-2 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลทีมขายจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
- ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
