Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการยอดขายของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ดูแลการจัดเรียงสินค้าและการจัดแสดงภายในแผนกตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้า รวมถึงการสั่งซื้อและรับสินค้าเข้าระบบ
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายเพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขาย
- ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมพนักงานในทีมเกี่ยวกับการขายและการบริการลูกค้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ม.3 หรือ ปวช./ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือดูแลแผนกขายในธุรกิจค้าปลีก 2-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในการบริหารจัดการสต็อกสินค้าและการจัดเรียงสินค้า
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการสื่อสารเพื่อทำงานร่วมกับทีม
- สามารถทำงานในวันหยุดและเวลาทำการของห้างสรรพสินค้าได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
