Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการยอดขายของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ดูแลและควบคุมมาตรฐานการจัดเรียงสินค้า การตกแต่งพื้นที่ขาย และป้ายราคา
- ประสานงานและจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายตามแผนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ฝึกอบรมและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานขายในทีมเพื่อให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายประจำวันและประจำสัปดาห์
- ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแผนก
Qualifications
- วุฒิ ม.3ขึ้นไป หรือ ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) หรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือการบริหารจัดการร้านค้าปลีก 2-5 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในหลักการบริหารยอดขายและการจัดแสดงสินค้า
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน
- มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจค้าปลีกสินค้าตกแต่งบ้าน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
