Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Record accounts payable & bank transactions
- Perform payment to domestic and oversea vendors.
- Handles cash advance and cash reimbursement.
- Accrual journals of personnel costs.
- Cashflow projection on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with local banks for any requirement.
- Balance sheet reconciliation related accounts payable and bank.
- Financial statements reconciliation between local system (NetSuite) vs Comshare.
- Support internal and external auditors.
- Other assignments from supervisor or management.
Qualifications
Qualifications /Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role at manufacturing companies.
- Strong in accounting and Thai Tax regulation.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy (Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PPT)
- Able to communicate in English.
- Knowledge of ERP system (Oracle NetSuite) is a plus.
