Responsibilities
- Verify and record invoices, including supporting payment documentation
- Prepare payment vouchers and schedules for suppliers and company expenses
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and related financial reports accurately
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve payment-related issues
- Maintain organized and easily retrievable accounts payable documents and records
- Support the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or general accounting
- Understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and coordination skills
