Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate surgical, advanced neuro, and ophthalmic medical instruments to clients
- Coordinate with the sales team to support sales activities and achieve targets
- Provide technical support and address initial product usage inquiries
- Conduct product training and knowledge sharing sessions for medical professionals and internal teams
- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvement
- Prepare activity reports on sales support and product-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Nursing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Specialist or Operating Room Nurse
- Understanding of medical instruments used in surgical, neurological, or ophthalmic fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product information
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within a team
- Moderate proficiency in English communication
- Possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Previous experience as a Product Specialist for medical instruments is a plus.
