Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in presenting and demonstrating medical devices to clients
- Provide technical knowledge and information on Surgical, Surgical Instrument, Advance Surgery, and Neuro-spine products
- Plan and conduct product usage training for medical professionals
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to develop sales strategies with the team
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and provide after-sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and product users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Medical Technology, Medical Science, Nursing, or equivalent
- 1-7 years of experience as a Product Specialist in medical devices
- Understanding of medical device products in Surgical, Advance Surgery, or Neuro-spine categories
- Excellent communication and product presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop basic sales plans
- Willingness to travel to meet clients in the assigned territory
- Direct experience with surgical instruments or work in an operating room setting is a plus.
