Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and driving sales performance of Neuro medical devices. This role manages the sales team, develops new markets, and ensures revenue targets are achieved while building strong and sustainable relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales revenue for Neuro products, including Penumbra, to achieve assigned targets.
* Develop new markets and identify new business opportunities.
* Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key accounts.
* Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance.
* Provide product knowledge and clinical application support when required.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge and experience in medical device sales (Neuro preferred).
* Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
* Experience in developing new markets.
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Results-driven with a strong target achievement mindset.
* Able to travel upcountry as required.
* Experience in the Penumbra product portfolio (will be given special consideration)
