Responsibilities
- Lead the team and drive sales performance for Advanced Neuroscience and Orthopedic medical devices to achieve targets
- Manage key accounts within hospitals and medical institutions to build and maintain strong relationships
- Plan and execute market expansion strategies for assigned product lines
- Coordinate with medical professionals and healthcare personnel to present products and support their usage
- Prepare sales reports and analyze team performance to refine strategies
- Provide continuous training and development for the sales team's skills
- Monitor and analyze market data, competitor activities, and new technologies in the medical device industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, Nursing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in medical devices, specifically within Advanced Neuroscience or Orthopedic segments
- Demonstrated leadership and sales team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of hospital systems and procurement processes
- Ability to travel as required for assigned territories
- Previous experience in sales team management is a plus.
