Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on solar power systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within solar power systems.
- Analyze system performance.
- Prepare technical reports and related documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
Qualifications
- Age not exceeding 35 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and basic software applications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, including instruments, drones, robotic cleaning, and rope access systems
- Ability to work in outdoor field environments and at heights (e.g., on rooftops)
- Basic knowledge of electrical instruments
- Prior work experience with solar systems is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a project or thesis related to solar systems are welcome and will be given special consideration.
