Role Overview

Optowide Technologies is looking for a meticulous Accounting Officer to join our team in Navanakorn. This is a "full-function" role designed for an accounting professional who excels in technical accuracy, Thai tax compliance, and the complexities of manufacturing finance. You will ensure our financial statements are audit-ready and fully compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage transactions across AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets to ensure financial statements comply with accounting standards.

• Tax Mastery: Prepare and file monthly/annual tax reports, including PP30, PP36, and PND.3/53/54.

• Corporate Tax & Reconciliation: Handle PND.50 and PND.51 calculations and perform monthly reconciliations between revenue filings and the Trial Balance.

• Closing Operations: Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all supporting documentation is verified and accurate.

• Asset Management: Update and manage the company’s fixed asset register.

• Internal Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for internal departments and external auditors.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.

• Experience: 3–5 years in a professional accounting role.

• Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in Factory/Manufacturing Cost Accounting is a must.

• Working knowledge of BOI (Board of Investment) regulations is a significant advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Express or other ERP software and Microsoft Office.

• Deep understanding of Thai taxation and accounting standards.

• Communication: Good interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate in English or Chinese is a plus.

• Mindset: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
