Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit BOI investment promotion applications, including project amendment requests, via the BOI e-Investment system, monitoring status and coordinating with BOI officers.
- Maintain the Machine Master List and Bill of Materials (BOM)/Production Formula, submitting them for approval through the eMT and RMTS systems, and processing amendments or additional requests.
- Record and reconcile imported and consumed raw materials in the RMTS system, monitor machinery utilization in the eMT system, prepare raw material balance reports, and verify data accuracy.
- Prepare and submit annual operating reports and other BOI-required reports accurately and on time through designated online systems.
- Handle import and export transactions under BOI privileges, including preparing duty exemption documentation, coordinating with customs brokers and internal departments, and verifying customs declarations.
- Manage the end-to-end import process, including purchase order follow-up, shipping documentation, coordination with customs brokers, and verification of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), and Certificate of Origin (COO)) for compliance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics, minimize lead time, monitor shipment status, and ensure on-time delivery to factories and warehouses.
- Manage import licensing requirements and regulatory documentation (e.g., TISI), classify and verify HS Codes, and ensure accurate customs duty and tax calculations.
- Resolve customs clearance issues and discrepancies with freight forwarders and airlines, while maintaining import databases and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for import operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations and customs management, preferably within Free Zone and BOI environments. Strong understanding of Thailand customs regulations and BOI procedures.
Skills and Techniques

Chinese language proficiency is an advantage
