IT Engineer - Optowide Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Provide first-line support and troubleshoot hardware (computer accessories, printers, peripheral office equipment) and software (Office, email) malfunctions and faults.
• Administer and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment, including operating system installation, regular virus scans, and system optimization.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect IT systems, diagnose network faults, allocate IP addresses and permissions, and prevent malicious attacks.
• Manage server data backup and archiving processes.
• Procure and replace IT-related equipment.
• Maintain and provide technical support for the Kingdee ERP system and other backend systems (HR, Financial system).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on various IT-related topics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or an IT engineering role, with hands-on experience in network, server, and hardware infrastructure.
• Proficiency in server maintenance, data backup, and network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of network administration, including LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Kingdee preferred) and supporting HR/Financial backend systems.
• Understanding of network information security, including threat prevention (DOS, malware) and permission management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
