• Interpretation: Provide real-time oral interpretation between Chinese and Thai/English during meetings, negotiations, and daily business interactions.

• Translation: Translate business documents, contracts, proposals, and correspondence between Chinese and Thai/English.

• Coordination: Act as a liaison between management, staff, and Chinese counterparts to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

• Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business materials. Handle administrative tasks as assigned.

• Relationship Management: Facilitate communication and maintain professional relationships with Chinese partners and stakeholders.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese with an HSK 5-6 certificate or higher. Excellent Thai and/or English communication skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese Language, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience: * Proven experience as an interpreter or translator in a corporate setting.

  • Direct experience with BOI (Board of Investment) or Import-Export is highly advantageous.

  • Experience in administrative roles is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, high responsibility, and excellent time management. Must be able to work well in a team and handle pressure.
