Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product, marketing, and sales strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and formulate effective marketing strategies.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including new product development, product launches, product improvements, portfolio management, and sales growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Develop product positioning, key selling points, target customer profiles, product usage guidelines, and key marketing messages.
- Create and oversee sales enablement materials such as Product Presentations, Sales Sheets, Brochures, Catalogs, Product Training Materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns while monitoring KPIs such as sales performance, lead generation, customer feedback, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while fostering strong collaboration across departments.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize business performance.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and business insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably with experience in Product Management or Product Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, Household Products, Green Products, Consumer Goods, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product strategy, branding, marketing planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools, marketing analytics platforms, and AI technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
