Responsibilities
- **Software & Application Development**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support, to analyze business requirements and design effective software solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software and applications, ensuring timely delivery, reliability, and scalability to support future business growth.
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing systems to ensure stability, security, and operational efficiency while reducing dependency on external vendors.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation, including Technical Specifications, System Architecture, and User Manuals.
- **ERP & System Integration (Oracle NetSuite & Enterprise Systems)**
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite solutions, including Custom Scripts, Workflows, and SuiteApps, to support and optimize business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between Oracle NetSuite and internal or external enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reliability across integrated systems through effective data quality management.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and external consultants to manage project scope, development deliverables, and budgets.
- **Automation, AI & Digital Productivity**
- Evaluate, test, and implement automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), scripting, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and digital tools to streamline business processes and enhance organizational productivity.
- Design and develop automated bots, scripts, and workflows to minimize repetitive manual tasks, improve operational efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies and innovative solutions aligned with business objectives, supported by feasibility assessments and business cases to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Software Quality & Security**
- Implement and adhere to secure coding standards and best practices to prevent security vulnerabilities, including SQL Injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and unauthorized access.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and regular code reviews to ensure software reliability, maintainability, and overall code quality.
- Manage source code using Git in accordance with the organization's branching strategy and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Investigate, document, and report software defects and system incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
- **Knowledge Sharing & Organizational Support**
- Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to support employees in the effective use of software, applications, and IT solutions.
- Contribute to the company's Digital Transformation initiatives and IT Strategic Plan by developing and implementing technology-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor, in alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities.
Qualifications
- Open to all genders, aged 25 years or above. Male applicants must have completed or be exempt from compulsory military service.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with creativity, adaptability, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good understanding of technical English, particularly computer-related terminology and software documentation.
- Good command of English, with effective reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Experience with or knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite or equivalent enterprise solutions, is a plus.
