Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection to fill open positions across departments in a timely and effective manner
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and internal policies, and keep HR practices and documentation up to date
- Handle employee relations, internal communications, and disciplinary matters to support a positive and stable workplace
- Coordinate facilities, administrative matters, and inter-company liaison to support smooth daily operations
- Prepare HR reports and workforce data analysis, and recommend improvements to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or supervisory role covering recruitment, payroll, and compliance
- Solid understanding of Thai labor law and HR practices in a manufacturing or food industry setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters
- Good command of English, both spoken and written; Chinese language ability is a plus given coordination with related entities
- Able to work independently and manage multiple HR functions under a fast-paced, evolving organizational structure
- Prior experience supporting cross-entity or multi-company HR coordination will be given special consideration
