Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product advice on performance parts, lubricants, and racewear to walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and digital leads. / ให้คำแนะนำเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับอะไหล่แต่ง น้ำมันเครื่อง และชุดแข่งแก่ลูกค้าหน้าร้าน โทรศัพท์ และช่องทางออนไลน์

  • Handle service booking requests and initial warranty claims. / ประสานงานการจองคิวเข้ารับบริการและดูแลการเคลมสินค้าเบื้องต้น

  • Maintain an under 15-minute response time for inbound digital leads. / ตอบสนองลูกค้าออนไลน์อย่างรวดเร็ว (ภายใน 15 นาที)

  • Passion for automotive products with strong technical agility. / หลงใหลในวงการยานยนต์ และสามารถอธิบายข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคให้เข้าใจง่าย
