Responsibilities
Role purpose
The technical authority on all paint protection and detailing work in the dual-brand operation. Owns paint correction, PPF installation, ceramic coating application, interior restoration, and race livery / wrap work. Mentors the Junior Detailer hired in Phase 2. Quality-checks all work before customer handover. Reports to the Workshop Manager.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct paint condition assessments and plan multi-stage correction strategies.
• Install PPF (full front, full body, partial panels) with minimal visible seams.
• Apply certified ceramic coatings — paint, wheels, glass, interior leather.
• Handle interior deep clean, leather restoration, odour treatment.
• Install race livery wraps for race-team cars and customer sponsor activations.
• Coordinate with the photo/content team for before/after shoots.
• Manage detailing booth equipment — HEPA filtration, LED arrays, polishers, plotter, curing lights, chemicals.
• Mentor the Junior Detailer (when hired) and document SOPs for each stage.
• Manage handover quality control on every car leaving the detail booth.

Qualifications
Who we're looking for
Required experience and qualifications
• 4+ years in premium detailing with manufacturer-certified PPF and ceramic installer credentials (XPEL, SunTek, Gtechniq, Ceramic Pro, or equivalent).
• Portfolio of film installations on complex panels (bumpers, mirrors, curves).
• Proficient with polishers, plotter / pre-cut software, curing lights, paint-correction techniques.
• Meticulous, patient and SOP-driven.
• Thai native; basic working English (for manufacturer manuals).
Strongly preferred
• Experience working on supercars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren).
• Race livery / wrap experience.
• Detail / PPF / ceramic certifications from multiple brands.
• Photography skills (helpful for content production).
Behavioural standards
• 100% honesty with customers about work, time, and recommendations — the cultural non-negotiable.
• Treats every customer car as if it were their own — same standard regardless of vehicle value.
• Calm, professional and respectful with teammates; addresses team issues privately, not in front of customers.
• Reports mistakes early — fast disclosure is rewarded; concealment is exit-immediately.
Thai market specifics
• Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00–18:00 standard. Sundays closed except during race-team event weeks when trackside support may be required (with notice + premium pay).
• Social Security Office (SSO) registration on Day 1; provident fund participation after probation; group health insurance after probation.
• Probation period: 119 days (standard Thai labour practice) with formal review before confirmation.
• Thai language: native or near-native fluency required for customer-facing roles. English: working level for technical roles (reading manuals, scan-tool software, parts platforms); conversational for customer-facing roles.
• Annual leave: minimum 6 days (statutory) but we offer more for senior roles — confirmed in offer letter.
• Booth work is climate-controlled. Long-dwell jobs (full PPF, 5-year ceramic) may require 2–3 day commitment per car. Race-week schedule may include livery install on tight deadlines.

เงื่อนไขการทำงานในไทย
- วันและเวลาทำงาน: จันทร์–เสาร์ 09:00–18:00 น. วันอาทิตย์หยุด ยกเว้นช่วงที่ทีมแข่งมีกิจกรรมที่สนาม (แจ้งล่วงหน้า + ค่าตอบแทนพิเศษ)
- ประกันสังคม: ขึ้นทะเบียนวันแรกที่เริ่มงาน, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพและประกันสุขภาพกลุ่มหลังผ่านช่วงทดลองงาน
- ทดลองงาน: 119 วัน ตามมาตรฐานกฎหมายแรงงานไทย มีการประเมินผลอย่างเป็นทางการก่อนรับเป็นพนักงานประจำ
- ภาษา: ภาษาไทยระดับเจ้าของภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐานสำหรับอ่าน manual ทางเทคนิค
