Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy and Manpower Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Work closely with management and department heads to review workforce requirements and prepare manpower plans.
- Provide HR advice and recommendations to management regarding organizational structure, workforce planning, employee performance, and people-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and key HR metrics for management review.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both head office and project/site positions.
- Review manpower requisitions, recruitment priorities, job descriptions, candidate qualifications, and hiring timelines.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for technical, engineering, managerial, and support positions.
- Monitor recruitment progress, hiring performance, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and onboarding completion.
- Manage recruitment agencies, job platforms, and other external recruitment partners when required.
- Review and manage salary structures, employee benefits, allowances, bonuses, and annual salary adjustments.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Review employment offers, salary proposals, promotions, transfers, and employee status changes.
- Ensure payroll-related information is accurate and submitted within the required timeline.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s performance management system.
- Coordinate probation evaluations, annual performance reviews, KPI setting, and employee development plans.
- Work with department heads to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate development or improvement actions.
- Support succession planning, career development, competency development, and employee training initiatives.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, investigations, warning letters, and disciplinary matters professionally and fairly.
- Promote positive employee relations, engagement, communication, and a healthy working environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends to recommend appropriate improvement actions.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, employment regulations, and HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws, social security requirements, personal data protection requirements, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants regarding employment-related matters when required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee employee onboarding, employment contracts, probation confirmation, employee movements, attendance, leave, and offboarding processes.
- Supervise HR administration, payroll coordination, employee records, social security, group insurance, and employee welfare.
- Manage visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees, where applicable.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective and professional HR service delivery.

Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager, HRBP Manager, or equivalent leadership position.
- Strong experience in full-spectrum HR management, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, and labour law compliance.
- Experience in construction, engineering, data center, facility management, project-based, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws, social security regulations, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.
- Experience in developing HR policies, salary structures, performance management systems, competencies, or career paths will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems, and HR data reporting.
