Responsibilities
Control and archive mechanical maintenance documentation such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems specific to data centers
Assist Mechanical Engineers in preparing technical documents, O&M manuals, and compliance reports
Monitor updates to drawings, maintenance checklists, and work orders
Ensure document traceability and easy retrieval in case of audits or inspections
Collaborate with site and head office teams for synchronized documentation flow
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2+ year experience in document control, preferably in mechanical systems or building maintenance
Fluent both English and Thai communication
