Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for assigned equipment (e.g., Assembly tools or Testing Handlers) to minimize downtime.
- Provide immediate support for machine failures on the production floor; perform root-cause analysis to implement permanent technical solutions.
- Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by identifying bottlenecks and implementing hardware or software upgrades.
- Lead the installation, calibration, and validation of new machinery to support model changes or production expansion.
- Develop and update technical manuals, Work Standards (WS), and maintenance procedures to ensure operational consistency and safety.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and HQ engineers for spare parts management, technical upgrades, and complex equipment modifications.
- Maintain a high level of availability to support production schedules, including project-based overtime (approximately 2-4 days per week) during critical new product setups or urgent machine failure recovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., OMRON, KEYENCE, or Mitsubishi).
- Fundamental understanding of Servo Motors, Drivers, and Pneumatic systems.
- 1–3 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing (Fresh graduates with strong technical projects are highly encouraged).
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate effectively in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Automated Handlers, high-speed pick-and-place systems, or specialized assembly machinery.
- Familiarity with Image vision systems and alignment sensors.
- Proficiency in data tools (Excel VBA/Macros or Power BI) for equipment performance tracking.
- Ability to work effectively in a Cleanroom environment and support flexible schedules based on production cycles.
- Strong "Growth Mindset" with a proactive approach to learning new machine technologies.
