Responsibilities
- Coordinate the reception of technical data and production requirements from HQ to set up and configure production lines for new product transfer.
- Identify and establish optimal process conditions through systematic testing and data analysis to ensure production stability.
- Create Work Standards (WS) and operational manuals, then train the Manufacturing (MFG) team for smooth handover to mass production.
- Own ongoing yield control, data analysis, and improvement initiatives to achieve production targets beyond the initial NPI phase.
- Lead investigations of abnormal reports, conduct root cause analysis, and provide corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive productivity improvement, scrap reduction, cycle time reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Understand customer expectations and align section priorities to meet them.
- Guide and support subordinate technical staff toward departmental goals and objectives.
- Adapt to reassignment across Process and Device functions as directed by a supervisor, and perform related work as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Yield Engineering, or related roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (TOEIC 550+ is preferred).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated adaptability to work across functions and technical disciplines.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite at Bangkadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani, with no relocation support provided.
- Ability to frequently enter and work within cleanroom environments.
