Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all assigned facility systems: HVAC/AHU, chilled water plant, cooling tower, plumbing, and sanitary systems
- Monitor system performance and energy consumption; identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and operating costs
- Coordinate and supervise contractor activities including work permit issuance, safety briefings, and on-site supervision throughout the duration of all contracted maintenance or construction work
- Respond to facility system failures and emergencies, conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Ensure full compliance with relevant building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance records, compliance documentation, and equipment history logs with accuracy and version control
- Coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules in alignment with production requirements to minimize operational impact
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and EHS teams to support facility improvement projects and capacity upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
- 0–3 years of experience in facility engineering or a similar maintenance role; fresh graduates with strong relevant project or internship experience are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of building systems: HVAC, chilled water/cooling water, plumbing
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and facility compliance requirements
- Functional English proficiency — able to read technical documents, write reports, and communicate with cross-functional teams; TOEIC 550+ is advantageous but not required for application
- 100% onsite at Bang Kadi Industrial Park, Pathum Thani. No relocation support is provided.
- Occasional entry into cleanroom areas may be required.
- This role requires readiness to respond to facility system emergencies and supervise contractor activities outside of regular working hours. Emergency response and after-hours contractor supervision are intrinsic to the nature of facility operations at a 24-hour manufacturing facility — not exceptional occurrences. All overtime hours are compensated.
