Responsibilities
- Analyze customers' business requirement, mapping with company’s product, explore and recommend the most suitable solution that can serve customer ‘s needs
- Ensure that the business solution implemented by defining the right architecture and integrate the solution into the customer’s environment
- Some time help Sales team Pre-sales product & meeting with clience
- Provide consultation on compliance practices and recommendations on the correct use of the solution
- Coordinate and manage project implementation activity with customer project team
- Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them for the implementations
- Implementing and qualifying the integration of products
- Prepare User manual Document & Other Document
- Provide the trainings to customers on the respective applications usage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineer or IT related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant and IT Solution consultant, Application Support
- Strong sense of client services, good communication skills and a sense of team-work.
- Able to manage workload and time according to deadlines set
- Good presentation and Negotiation skill
- Energetic, systematic thinking, good team player and able to work under pressure
- Result-driven, innovative, and passionate.
