Responsibilities
- แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า
- ให้การสนับสนุน second line support หลังจากแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า
- แยกประเภทปัญหาให้ถูกต้อง เช่น changes request, defect เป็นต้น
- ติดตามวิธีการแก้ปัญหา ให้เป็นไปตามวิธีการและขั้นตอน ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- มีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ปัญหา รวมไปถึงการพัฒนา เพื่อให้ไม่เกิดปัญหาเดิมอีก
- ติดตามกรณีที่ปัญหาไม่ถูกแก้ไขในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานให้มีการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า รวมถึงแนะนำสิ่งที่จำเป็นในการทำงานของลูกค้า เช่น การปรับปรุง process หรือ จัดทำคู่มือ เป็นต้น
- จัดทำฐานข้อมูลความรู้ในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
- เป็นที่ปรึกษา และช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับทีม
- บริหารต้นทุน - กำไร ของหน่วยงาน
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or IT related fields
- At least 4 years of IT Experience in application support function
- Working knowledge of various applications (support experience of ISO Document is preferable)
- Working experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting application services in a networked environment is required
- Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effective
- Service minded and excellent customer service skills
- Can work under pressure
