Safety Officer (Professional Level) - OneAsia Data Center (BKK1) Co., Ltd.

1. Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as necessary
• Maintain safety records, documentation and permits
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions

3. Risk Assessment

• Conduct risk assessments for operational and maintenance activities
• Review Method Statements (MS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Identify workplace hazards and implement mitigation measures

4. Permit to Work (PTW)

• Manage Permit to Work including Hot Work Permit, Electrical Work Permit, Work at Height Permit, Confined Space Permit, LOTO (Lockout / Tagout) activities
• Verify contractor safety compliance before work commencement

5. Incident Investigation

• Respond to and investigate safety incidents and accidents and prepare reports with recommendations for improvements
• Track closure of safety findings.

6. Training & Awareness

• Organize and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Organize emergency drills and safety campaigns
• Provide safety guidance to employees and contractors

7. Emergency Response

• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Participate in fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency coordination
• Ensure emergency equipment inspections are completed.

8. Contractor Management

• Monitor contractor safety performance onsite
• Ensure contractors comply with company EHS requirements
• Review contractor safety documents and certifications.

9. Coordination of facility energy management activities to support safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

• Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs
• Assist in monitoring PUE and facility energy performance
• Coordinate with facility and engineering teams on energy optimization activities
• Support ESG and environmental compliance reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health safety and environmental health.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experiences in occupational safety.
• Certified Safety Officer according to legal requirements (etc. Professional Safety Officer).
• Have knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, risk assessment, and safety coordination
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
