Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & Enablement
  • Pipeline Management: Assist the sales team in managing opportunities, preparing RFP responses, and coordinating sales documentation and updating monthly sales pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless sales administration, order processing and commercial compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with HQ team on streamlining workflows for sales reporting, contract closure, and customer satisfaction.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain inhouse CRM integrity and provide actionable insights through sales forecasting and KPI tracking.
2. Customer Success & Retention
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new clients from project delivery to production through presentation of our datacenter house rules, trouble-ticketing system, and escalation procedures.
  • Relationship Management: Build deep relationships customers and technical teams to understand their business goals and how our datacenter roadmap will fit their future needs.
  • Account Growth: Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to meet expansion targets.
  • Churn Mitigation: Monitor customer health scores and lead periodic business reviews to proactively address risks and ensure high renewal rates.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Industry Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a hybrid commercial and technical project role with some knowledge of Telecommunications, and/ or Data center Operations.
  • Language Proficiency (key skills)
    • Thai: Native/Bilingual (Essential for local market engagement).
    • English: Mandatory (Professional/Business level for internal reporting and global stakeholders).
    • Chinese (Mandarin): Highly Desired (To support regional expansion and communicate with Chinese-speaking partners or HQ).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good analytical skills and systematic troubleshooting mindset.
    • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel for data analysis and sales reporting.
    • A keen and willing learner.
  • Education: University Degree or equivalent
