Responsibilities
- Manage on-site projects and monitor daily work progress.
- Liaise with contractors regarding work scope, progress, and schedules.
- Conduct project budgeting, negotiate terms, and propose solutions to ensure quality and profitability.
- Verify all on-site dimensions against project drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient, timely delivery of goods and quality focus.
- Work independently and effectively under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail, corporate office, or renovation industries.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability to interact and perform effectively in a demanding environment.
- Only experienced candidates will be considered for this position.
