Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the manufacturing process quality to ensure compliance with standards. Analyze production and quality data, manage abnormalities, and implement continuous improvements to increase production yield
- Establish inspection standards for assigned projects and control points. Prepare and control quality documentation in strict alignment with IATF 16949 requirements.
- Support Internal and External Audits, issue and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Investigate and analyze supplier defects and customer complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues effectively.
Qualifications
- High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and relevant industrial laws/regulations. Basic knowledge of battery technology is a plus.
- Strong expertise in utilizing Quality Tools such as QC 7 Tools, 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), and DOE.
- Familiarity with production, management processes, and ability to handle emergency situations with strong problem-solving skills.
