IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network) - บริษัท ทรีอี โกลบอล (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical implementation plans.
• Configure and implement network parameters provided by the design team on production network devices.
• Install, configure, and test network equipment, including Cisco, Fortinet, Yamaha, and Aruba devices.
• Read and interpret network parameter sheets and technical documentation.
• Prepare implementation documents, operation plans, work schedules, and service reports.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams during implementation activities.
• Provide on-site implementation and technical support at customer sites when assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Work Location: Primarily based at the customer's office in Bangkok (BTS Phloen Chit), with on-site assignments as required.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (working hours may vary depending on the customer's schedule).

1. Thai nationality.
2. Associate Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network implementation.
4. Experience configuring and installing network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Yamaha, and Aruba.
5. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, Routing, and Switching.
6. Able to provide on-site support and travel up-country when required.
7. Good command of written and spoken English (daily conversation level).
8. Service-minded with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
9. Positive attitude, proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work well under pressure.
