Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


Operations & Service Optimization

  • Oversee daily guest service, housekeeping, maintenance operations for 200+ apartments across Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya to ensure seamless check-ins, issue resolution, and high-quality service.
  • Oversee and continuously enhance end-to-end guest service operations, ensuring a seamless check-in experience, efficient issue resolution, and high satisfaction levels.
  • Establish data-driven operational benchmarks and KPIs to measure and improve efficiency, service quality, and team performance.
  • Resolve challenging property operations cases to maximize guest satisfaction and minimize revenue loss

    People Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing guest operations team including service coordinator, planner, admin, maintenance and housekeeping team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
    • Establish and execute training programs to enhance team capabilities and service standards.

    Technology, Innovation & Automation

    • Identify, implement, and scale automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and technology-driven processes to streamline workflows.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize guest operations delivery.


    Qualifications

    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, or property management.
    • Proven leadership in scaling teams and optimizing service operations.
    • Strong people and process management track-record
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Fluent in English and Thai (additional languages are a plus).
    • Background in technology-driven hospitality or startup environments.
    • Familiarity with CRM, AI-driven tools, and automation platforms.
