About us
We are a trusted provider of automotive batteries and deep-cycle battery solutions, serving customers across global markets.
With an international management team, you will be reporting directly to the Director of the battery division, enabling fast decision-making and agile execution.
We operate with small, dedicated teams and a culture that values innovation, accountability, and problem-solving. Experience in the AUTOMOTIVE field, preferably batteries and spare parts is a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new export markets and high-potential prospects.
• Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare tenders, quotations, and sales reports.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions and client meetings (travel expected about once per month).
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and team to achieve business goals.
• Track and report monthly sales volume and progress toward targets.
• Submit timely and accurate weekly sales reports and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Who We’re Looking For
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in export or automotive sectors.
- • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- • Comfortable working in a small, agile team and reporting directly to management.
- • Proven track record of finding and converting new business is a plus
