Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls to make golf course bookings for PLT members
- Coordinate with golf courses to reserve tee times
- Prepare and send price confirmation documents to partner golf courses
- Communicate directly with PLT members regarding booking details
- Issue confirmation documents with date and time of play for members
- Respond to inquiries via Line OA from members or interested customers
- Record booking details into the Excel system
- Coordinate with the accounting team to summarize daily transfer amounts
- Follow up with golf courses regarding company receipts
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Thai National Only
- 25 - 30 years old (female candidate only)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordinate, customer service, golf reservation, service industry or golf-related experience will be advantage
- Proficient in English (Korean/Japanese or Chinese is a plus)
- Experience in the golf industry (background or work experience in golf operations or customer service in the golf industry)
- Basic knowledge of golf rules, tee-time procedures and golf course reservations is a plus
- Effective problem-solving in high-pressure situations
- Strong time management and systematic work approach
- Excellent in computer skills (Excel**, Word, Power Point, MS Office)
- Proficient in coordinating business activities using social media tools (E-mail, Line OA)
