Director Of Sales - Pacific Links Golf (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking
• Develop, manage and maintain relationships and world-class services with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Build, manage, and motivate a results-driven sales team
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams
• Recruit, train, and motivate the sales ’s team
• Assist the product department in developing, positioning, and optimizing new products/services, and provide customer and market feedback
• Develop and execute marketing plans, enhance brand awareness, and organize major marketing events
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to drive cross-functional projects
• Develop and implement mid- to long-term sales strategies and annual sales plans, meet targets, and monitor performance team
• Conduct in-depth research on customer needs and industry trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and expand into new markets, channels, and key accounts.
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 30 - 50 yrs (Thai nationality)
• Minimum 8 - 15 years of experiences in sales
• Experiences in team building and team management minimum 10 years
• Proficient in English/ Chinese/ Korean/ Japanese is a plus
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Strong golf connections, golf passion, playing golf or golf knowledge is a plus
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Effective problem-solving in high-pressure situations
• Sales experiences in golf equipment, membership, sport, real estate, luxury car, insurance, credit card, 
• Possess strong service and relationship skills with positive mindset
