Marketing Director - Pacific Links Golf (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising and promotional initiatives
• Lead marketing team to support business objectives and plan marketing strategies
• Manage marketing events and campaigns both online and offline
• Lead and develop the marketing team 
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive golf membership and revenue
• Analyze market trends and customer insights in the golf industry
• Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Carry out promotion and organization of registration for events/travel activities, etc.
• Cooperate with the sales team to plan various professional activities

Job Qualifications:

• Thai National Only
• 30 - 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 8+ years experience in marketing (digital, event, brand, PR, content) is a plus
• Proficiency in social media tools and marketing platforms
• Proficient in English 
• Excellence in golf background is a plus (golf tournament, golf event etc.)
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Effective problem-solving in high-pressure situations
