Hr Officer - GLOBAL LOOM TEXTILE INDUSTRY CO., LTD.

• Manage documentation and data records for foreign employees
• Oversee timekeeping, sick leave, and personal leave records for staff
• Coordinate and process employee welfare benefits and social security matters
• Communicate HR information to employees in both English and Thai
• Provide administrative and documentation support to the Human Resources department

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role
• Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written
• Basic understanding of labor law and social security regulations
• Meticulous and capable of effective document management
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in managing foreign employees is a plus.
