Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Client Management
1. Drive sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PCB, PCBA, Embedded, IoT, and AI solution lines.
2. Visit existing and potential clients to establish and maintain strong business relationships, understand their technical requirements, and expand the client base.
3. Prepare compelling technical proposals, quotations (RFQ/RFP), presentations, and pitches for potential investors, clients, and partners.
4. Develop quotes, proposals, and contracts while ensuring alignment with business agreements and company capabilities.
New Business Acquisition & Technical Consulting
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AIoT, Embedded Systems, Smart Solutions, and OEM/ODM partnerships by collaborating with suppliers and technology partners to deliver high-value products and services.
6. Work closely with the R&D and Engineering teams to translate client requirements into technical specifications, feasibility assessments, and solution architectures.
7. Plan and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to complete end-to-end business processes from initial inquiry through NPI (New Product Introduction) to mass production.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
8. Act as Project Manager to develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources across related departments, and commit to on-time product delivery to clients.
9. Communicate and collaborate with Design Engineering, Production, QA, and Logistics teams to resolve issues and achieve customer expectations.
10. Support and continuously improve the workflow and processes of the Business Development function.
11. Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related technical fields is strongly preferred. Other fields with relevant technical experience will be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Program Administration, Production Planning/Control, or Project Management within the electronics, IoT, or embedded systems industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes, embedded system development, IoT architecture, or AIoT solution delivery.
Technical Skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and product specifications.
• Familiarity with hardware development lifecycle: from R&D, rapid prototyping, to high-mix low-volume manufacturing.
• Understanding of Solution Selling and Technical Consulting approaches for B2B clients.
• Experience with OEM/ODM business models and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills & Competencies
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, especially in emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Edge Computing, Smart City).
• Open-minded and collaborative team player.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience working with hardware startups or within a technology incubation/accelerator ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Smart City, Smart Agriculture, Smart Living, or Smart Environment solution domains.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 16949, or ISO 14001 quality systems.
• Existing network of contacts in the electronics or IoT industry in Thailand or Southeast Asia.
