Responsibilities
- Register documents to ensure adherence to the correct format.
- Assign document numbers, revisions, and distribution areas, and update the master list.
- Alert relevant personnel to expiring and obsolete documents, and monitor quality records.
- File and store QMS and EMS documents, ensuring legibility and identifiability for evidence tracking.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the organization's QMS and EMS operations for certification.
- Summarize all generated, issued, and changed documents in weekly reports for stakeholder acknowledgment and follow-up.
- Conduct basic training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 56001 company policies, and the document control system.
- Ensure adherence to company systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 56001 regulations, and 5S principles.
- Collect environmental laws and risk assessment reports to maintain a compliant environmental control system with continual follow-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in ISO systems and Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Age 28 or older.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 56001.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to solve problems, think systematically, and work effectively under pressure.
