Responsibilities
1. Research, experiment, and modify existing product formulations to improve product quality, increase variety, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in different countries.
2. Develop and innovate new product formulas to meet market trends and company objectives
3. Prepare and maintain accurate technical documents, including formulation records, trial reports, and specifications
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QAQC, Production)
5. Research raw materials and ingredients to improve existing products or create new ones
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards
7. Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
2. 7-10 years of experience in product development, R&D, or food and beverage manufacturing industry.
3. Experience in product formulation or R&D is an advantage
4. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
