Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

1 ควบคุม สรรหา ดูแลงานจัดซื้อวัสดุอุปกรณ์และวัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งจัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ

2 ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ขายเพื่อขอรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับสินค้า เจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ขาย เปรียบเทียบราคาวัสดุอุปกรณ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์

3 ตรวจสอบการรับมอบสินค้า และยืนยันคุณภาพสินค้าจากผู้ขายและหน่วยงานต่างๆ

4 ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ขายในกรณีที่สินค้ามีปัญหาหรือแจ้งร้องขอให้มีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขสินค้า

5 ทำการคัดเลือกและประเมินผู้ขาย/ ผู้รับจ้าง ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

6 ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและเป็นไปตามข้อตกลงกับลูกค้า

7 งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

Qualifications :

1 วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2 ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี

3 มีทักษะในการจัดหาและเจรจาต่อรองและตรวจสอบราคา

4 มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี

5 สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะแรงกดดันได้
